The Academy prepares you to care for the families who protect our communities. Here’s how the path to representing Frontline works.

  1. Step 1: Request Academy access

    Tell us about yourself and why you want to serve first responder families. Your request goes to our team for review.

  2. Step 2: Enrollment approval

    If approved for enrollment, you’ll receive a secure invitation to create your Academy account.

  3. Step 3: Learn the Frontline Way

    Complete every Academy module — our mission, the families we serve, clear coverage conversations, compliance, and FrontlineX.

  4. Step 4: Qualify to represent Frontline

    Licensing and authorization verification, signed agreements, and leadership approval complete your qualification. Only then is FrontlineX lead access activated.

Permission to create an Academy account and complete training. It does not authorize representation or lead access.

Representative approval

Permission to represent Frontline Family Coverage, granted only after every qualification requirement is satisfied.
